📝 Why: What we eat does have a serious impact on health – unbalanced or highly processed diets contribute to heart disease, type 2 diabetes, some cancers, etc. But saying “most” issues are caused by diet is a stretch. Genes, environment, lifestyle (like smoking and stress), and luck also play huge roles! NHS guidance: “A variety of factors cause ill health, including lifestyle, environment and genetics.”
